The Youth Encounter programme is organised every month for a full day as a follow-up of the Leadership Camp and the Light and Life Programme. Those who are interested and are studying in Higher Secondary School are also welcome.

Sessions on various relevant topics are conducted on weekends alternating with activity-oriented weekends. For example, on one weekend sessions related to abuses and injustices levied on the girl child were conducted; the following weekend the students visited a home for destitute children and women. Similar activities (as given below) were conducted to help students pick up skills to improve their all-round performance, personality and growth.

Sessions
They are a mixture of both interactive sessions and activities. Topics chosen are related to self-awareness, character building, ecological concerns, and social awareness. Our activities include talent day, visit to orphanage / home for senior citizens, nature trails, wildlife and social service camps.
